Dennis spent more than two decades as CEO of the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA), the world’s largest transmission‑repair trade association. Before that, he rebuilt more than 5,000 transmissions, fielded over 80,000 technical calls, trained technicians across the U.S., Canada, England, and Australia, and authored or contributed to more than 20 technical manuals and over 100 published articles. His work earned multiple International Automotive Media Awards and helped shape the standards and practices of an entire industry.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Dennis brings disciplined process thinking to every evaluation. His approach blends data, diagnostics, and decades of hands‑on experience to identify root causes quickly and clearly.

For more than ten years, Dennis has also served as an expert witness in over a dozen cases, specializing in automotive systems — particularly automatic transmissions.
